It is a highly integrated, accessible, efficient and secure shared information platform intended to ease the process of placing students (in post basic education) into appropriate courses and internships. It can simply be viewed as an open meeting center where people looking for oportunities to further their studies meet institutions who are looking for students and employers who are willing to take in interns.
